Carefree Move-In:
Once you’ve been approved, our office will set up your electric and water services. Less hassle for you!
“Personal” Service Request:
Our maintenance staff will make themselves available, as time permits, to residents needing a helping hand with something other than regular maintenance requests. Each request for personal service will be considered on an individual basis and based on the item requested. Personal Service requests include hanging pictures, moving furniture, hooking up electronic equipment, moving appliances for cleaning, etc.
(Personal requests will be performed after maintenance service requests are completed. Each resident is limited to 2 hrs of service per year. In most cases it will be necessary for the resident to be home when work is performed.)
Vehicle Jump-Start Assistant:
Our staff will assist a resident jump-start their vehicle during business hours. We will provide the equipment.
(For this service there may be days that we are unable to assist due to snow removal, etc. Our staff will allow 5 minutes once the equipment is in place for the vehicle to start. Our staff will not perform this service repeatedly on the same vehicle.)
FedEx and UPS Package Shipping:
Bring your prepaid shipping packages to the
office and we will call FedEx or UPS to pick-up for delivery.
Deliveries and Package Acceptance:
The leasing office will accept deliveries for you when you’re not home. Residents can pick them up during business hours.
Copier Service:
During office hours, residents can make reasonable amounts of copies for free.
Fax Service:
The fax machine is available for our residents’ use during business hours at no charge. We’ll send and receive faxes for you.
Stamp Service:
Need to mail bills, letters, etc? You can buy single stamps in our office. Plus leave your letters at the office for the postman to deliver.
Lock out service:
Locked yourself out of your apartment? No problem! Page our maintenance staff and we’ll let you inside. (After business hours, a $20 charge applies for this service)
24-hour Courtesy Officer:
Neighbors too loud? Suspicious activity on the property? Call our courtesy officer.
